Rain penetration into masonry can occur in buildings of all ages. It can penetrate right through the wall of older buildings which have no cavity space and can be visible as damp patches on the internal walls.
Also rainwater penetration can be damaging to a property, even if it does not penetrate all the way through the wall as it can cause moss growth, increased heat loss and frost damage.
Treatment.
A simple spray application to external walls by our water-repellent "Rain Repell" system.
